Meet your coach
Transia Dawson
founder of H.O.P.E Parent Coaching
I am not coaching you from a textbook. I am coaching you from my kitchen table.

I’m a mother of two girls — one with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and a learning disability, and one with ADHD. I have lived the hard mornings and the limited support. That is exactly why this practice exists.
I hold a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have trained in parent training and behavior analysis since 2019. My coaching is for parents, not children: mindset, routines, communication, and home environment.
While there are many resources for our kids, parents are often left wondering who will support them. My mission is to be that source of guidance and encouragement. No parent should feel alone.
What I provide
Emotional support for parents
A place to be honest about how hard it is, without being judged for it.
Family organization and structure
Routines and rhythms that fit your actual household, not an idealized one.
Parent mindset coaching
Room to shift how you see the behavior, so you can respond instead of react.
General child-development education
Understanding what is underneath the behavior, in plain language.
Environment-based support
Practical changes to the space itself so your home does some of the work for you.
Ready for calmer days?
Twenty minutes, free, no commitment. We’ll talk through what’s happening at home and whether coaching is the right fit.
