Questions parents ask before booking

Coaching is not therapy — and I will always be clear about the difference

Therapy focuses on mental health, trauma, and clinical treatment. Parent coaching focuses on guidance, education, and actionable strategies you can use at home. Many families use coaching alongside therapy, school supports, or ABA. H.O.P.E Parent Coaching coaches parents — never children — and does not replace clinical care.

A parent coach helps you understand your child’s needs, strengthen your parenting confidence, and build practical strategies for emotional safety, connection, and growth at home. At H.O.P.E Parent Coaching, sessions focus on skills, tools, and real-life application for parents — not diagnosis or treatment of children.

Still unsure? That is exactly what the free call is for.
