What this notice covers
H.O.P.E Parent Coaching LLC uses the information you choose to provide to respond to consultation requests, determine whether parent coaching may be a fit, schedule conversations, and provide agreed coaching services.
Information you may provide
The consultation form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, who may participate, the parenting challenge you want to discuss, and the outcome you hope to work toward. Technical request data, such as the submission time and a request identifier, may also be recorded for security and delivery troubleshooting.
How information is handled
Information is used only to communicate with you and operate the coaching practice. It is not sold. The website is hosted by Vercel, and consultation messages may be delivered through a transactional email provider. Those providers process information only to host the site, protect the form, measure site reliability, or deliver your message.
Sensitive information and emergencies
This form is not a medical record system and is not intended for diagnoses, treatment records, crisis details, or other highly sensitive information. Please share only what is needed to arrange a parent coaching conversation. This service is not monitored for emergencies; contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource if immediate help is needed.
Retention and your choices
Consultation information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain ordinary business records, resolve delivery problems, or meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your consultation information by emailing Transia@parenthopecoaching.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or an active service agreement.
Website measurement
The site may use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics and Core Web Vitals measurement to understand page usage and improve performance. These measurements are not used to build advertising profiles.
