Scope of service
This program provides parent coaching, education, and general guidance. I do not provide ABA therapy, behavior analysis, mental health treatment, or services for children. All coaching is directed toward the parent and focuses on mindset, routines, communication, and home environment. This service does not replace clinical treatment or professional behavioral interventions.
Consultations and coaching agreements
The free consultation is a fit conversation, not a clinical assessment and not a promise of a particular result. Before paid coaching begins, the participants, package, schedule, payment amount, communication boundaries, and applicable cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing. Do not submit payment until you have reviewed those terms.
Payments
Current package prices are displayed on the Packages page. Any location-dependent Home Reset price is confirmed before booking. Secure invoices may be paid by the methods shown on the invoice. No payment is collected through the consultation form.
Rescheduling and cancellation
The notice period, rescheduling options, late-cancellation treatment, and any package-specific rules are provided in the written coaching agreement before payment. If an unexpected situation arises, contact Transia@parenthopecoaching.com as soon as possible. The written agreement controls if it differs from general website copy.
Results and emergencies
Coaching is collaborative and results vary by family, participation, circumstances, and outside supports. No specific result is guaranteed. This site and coaching service are not crisis services and should not be used for emergencies.
